What if I am sick on the date of my course?

Give us a call or email as soon as you are aware that you will be unable to attend so we may be able to reschedule your course to a later date.

No shows are considered a cancellation.

Are there any requirements to completing a first aid course?

It is a requirement that you are able to physically demonstrate and complete 2 minutes of continuous compressions during the course. You also require a USI (unique student identifier) to be issued your statement of attainment.

How do I get a USI?

You are able to obtain a USI from Get a USI | Unique Student Identifier or if you already have one you may find your USI number from Find your USI | Unique Student Identifier.

How long does my HLTAID011 Provide First Aid certificate stay valid?

This course is valid for three years, however, you must refresh your HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation course annually.

Am I able to book a course for my workplace?

Absolutely! We love coming onsite and providing First Aid certifications. We just require adequate space and safe facilities to be providing the training in. Enquire for more information.

I have a group of friends who are unavailable on the dates that are advertised, are these flexible?

If you and a group would like to attend a course but do not have a workplace or space for us to run it in, you are more than welcome to contact us and we can make arrangements for a date suitable for your group in our public venue.

Do your trainers have a Blue Card?

Our trainers all require a valid Blue Card and Police Check to train with First Class First Aid, so you can rest assured that when we come onsite we are good to go!

Am I able to book into a course that does not require online enrolment?

Yes! If you are not tech savvy and would prefer to book in with a form, we can organise a time for you to complete enrolment that way

Am I able to book a course which does not require online learning?

Yes! If your group would prefer to complete the full face-to-face learning without an online pre-component, this requires a 2 day booking and we need details of your booking a minimum of 14 days prior to the course commencement.
