Meet the team that bring together First Class First Aid. We’re all passionate about bringing great quality products and lessons to the South-East Queensland and NT Community.

Jess and Huxsten

  • After discharging together from the Army, Jess as a Medic and Huxsten as a Rifleman, we decided to move from Darwin to Brisbane to be closer to family.

    During the time moving I decided to do something I was truly passionate about, which is providing education around life-saving intervention. Without Huxsten here to help me, I wouldn’t have been able to set up First Class First Aid.

    It’s honestly such an important skill, and there’s no better feeling than having helped someone in need.

    We never want to compromise on quality and with this in mind, we wanted to build a one-stop shop for your first aid needs.

    You’ll see Jess running our courses and Huxsten behind the scenes.

  • Administrator Manager

    When she’s not cooking up a feast, Karen is sorting out First Class First Aid’s administration.

    She brings years of customer service and administration experience to the team.

    You’ll hear her friendly voice answering our phones and sending out your course information.
