The CPR and First Aid training provided was very practical and informative- different scenarios were addressed for different situations. Jess from FirstClassFirstAid organised an amazing (and free) event at the local park where she's seen snakes to teach people about snake bite first aid. Found the information and demonstration of how to treat a snake bite really useful! Definitely something that more local parks and park-goers could benefit from.

How often should first aid training be refreshed?
Industry standards recommend refreshing first aid skills every 3 years and CPR annually. We offer flexible refresher courses to help you stay compliant and confident.
Do your trainers have a Blue Card?
Yes, all our trainers hold valid Blue Cards, ensuring they meet the strict standards required for working with children and vulnerable persons.
What is the validity period of the first aid training courses?
The validity period varies depending on the course. Most of our certifications are valid for 3 years, while CPR requires annual refreshment. We’ll provide you with clear guidance on maintaining your certification.
Can the training be conducted at our workplace?
Absolutely! We specialise in delivering onsite training to minimize disruption to your operations and provide a familiar learning environment for your team.
How do I get a USI?
You are able to obtain a USI from Unique Student Identifier or if you already have one you may find your USI number from Find your USI.
