Fantastic all round experience. Very helpful with all aspects of the training. We had 8 guys doing the training, Jess came to our office and was very patient with all guys. She was very informative and a fantastic teacher! This will absolutely be who we go through for the next training session we do!

Fantastic, Fun, Informative and hand on.. our team LOVED Jess and she used her real life experience as an army medic to give us real life scenarios and engaged the team. So good that she comes to the workplace too 😄

Jess from First Class First Aid was amazing! The sign up process was seamless, and easy to follow. The CPR and First Aid training provided was very practical and informative- different scenarios were addressed for different situations. There was lots of opportunity for questions as she provided a fun learning environment that we were able to follow the content with ease. Would highly recommend First Class First Aid to individuals and businesses! 10/10.

Jess from FirstClassFirstAid organised an amazing (and free) event at the local park where she's seen snakes to teach people about snake bite first aid. Found the information and demonstration of how to treat a snake bite really useful! Definitely something that more local parks and park-goers could benefit from.

Did a first AID corse was fun and lots of practical only took 4 hours to complete. Would recommend for new people to first AID and has a refresher
